Together, we explore strategies for communication, co-regulation, boundaries, and emotional connection, with an emphasis on strengthening relationships and building confidence in your role as a parent or caregiver. Sessions may include guidance on responding to behaviours, nurturing emotional safety at home, and understanding your child’s needs through a trauma-informed and attachment-based lens.
